Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, Inc. has its root in Carroll County of the 1930's. It's not only a local firm, it is the result of the enduring efforts of two local families. Edward O. Bollinger entered the insurance field in 1939. After serving four years in the military during World War II, he continued with his own agency. His sons, Mark and Dave, joined him in the 1970's. Edward O. Bollinger Insurance merged with Barnes Insurance Services in 1984, creating Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, Inc.
