Mark Bollinger, CPCU, AAI
CORPORATE OFFICER
The president of Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, Inc., Mark joined the agency shortly after his graduation from Bridgewater College in 1974. In 1990, he completed the requirements for Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) and earned the Accredited Advisory of Insurance designation (AAI) in 1994. Mark is past president of the Carroll County Association of Independent Insurance Agents, has served on the Agents Advisory Board of Brethren Mutual and Ohio Casualty Insurance Companies and is currently on the Advisory Board of New Windsor State Bank. He specializes in homeowners, farm owners and automobile coverage while also serving as agency comptroller. |

David S. Bollinger, CPCU, CIC
CORPORATE OFFICER
A 1978 graduate of Salisbury State College, Dave was awarded the CPCU designation in 1991 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1997. He has been an Advisory Board Member of five different insurance companies. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Lutheran Village as well as Chairman (and current member of) the Board of Trustees for Carroll Community College. Dave was also formerly a director of Westminster Union Bank and currently serves on the Advisory Board of PNC Bank. Dave specializes in marketing and servicing business accounts. |

Ann Bollinger
PRODUCER
A graduate of Madison College, Ann began her insurance career in 1976 as a licensed agent in all lines of insurance for Horace Mann Educators. After a varied career, she left an independent insurance agency in North Carolina to return to Carroll County and joined the agency here in 2007. Ann serves on the Board of Directors of The Shepherd’s Staff, is a current member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Westminster, a current member of and past-vice-president of a Westminster chapter of BNI, and actively supports many non-profit organizations in the area. Ann specializes in marketing and servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts. |

Tarhy Alford

Tarhy is a student-athlete graduate of North Carolina State University. He and his team specialize in working with individuals and businesses helping them in areas such as life insurance, medical insurance, employee benefit planning, disability plans, and long-term care. Tarhy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Carroll Child Care Center and is currently the Vice-President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Carroll-Howard chapter. |

Wendy joined Barnes-Bollinger in 2008 and became a licensed agent the same year. She has lived in Carroll County for 10 years and specializes in excellent customer service.

Norma was a 20-year employee of Farmers Mutual Insurance of Dug Hill and was licensed in July of 1993. Her last position was Secretary-Treasurer and Office Manager. Prior to that, Norma handled claims and underwriting for Farm Owners, Business Owners and Commercial Policies. She has been with Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services since June of 2003.

The insurance industry has been Tracey’s career since 1989. She has worked for companies such as The Maryland Insurance Group, USF&G, and Federated Insurance. Originally licensed in 1995, she obtained her ACSR designation in January of 2007.

Shirley received her ACSR (Associate Customer Service Representative) designation in March, 1999 and has been with the agency since August, 1994. She has been a licensed agent since July, 1995.

The insurance industry has been Dawn’s career since 1985. She worked with CNA Insurance for 9 years and has worked in various agencies in and around Baltimore as well. Dawn has been licensed since 1995 and has furthered her insurance knowledge through many education opportunities.

Cynthia has been in the insurance industry since 1985 with experience in Commercial Claims, Commercial Lines CSR (Customer Service Representative) and personal Lines CSR. She has been licensed since 2001 and achieved the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation in 2002 and the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in 2009.

Formerly in the banking industry, Shelley joined Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services in August of 2002. She obtained her agent license in October of the same year and services many of the small to mid-sized commercial accounts.

|
Molly came to Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services as a licensed agent with three years of experience in 2005. Along with servicing small commercial accounts, she also performs much of the quoting for new accounts.

In 2008, Lori joined Barnes-Bollinger and became a licensed agent. She has lived in Carroll County most of her life.
