Dan lived in Westminster for 21 years before moving to Northern VA then North Carolina, and returned to Westminster in 2023, when he joined the Barnes-Bollinger team. “I am excited to contribute to the community and develop relationships with others doing the same.”

Dan is not just a dedicated employee but also a devoted family man. As the father of two energetic young boys and a loving husband, he understands the value of balance and brings that perspective into his work.

An interesting quirk about Dan is his approach to mealtime. He may not be one to follow the norm, as he always eats the fries prior to touching the sandwich. He also loves sports—all sports, but his main interests lie in football, baseball and hockey.
