A 1978 graduate of Salisbury State College, Dave was awarded the CPCU designation in 1991 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1997. He has been an Advisory Board Member of five different insurance companies and currently serves on three distinguished boards: Carroll Hospital Center Board of Directors, Carroll Community College Board of Trustees, and Carroll Lutheran Village Board of Directors. Dave owns and operates a 172-acre family beef cattle farm in Carroll County, MD.
