Mia brings a warmth and work ethic to her role as Administrative Associate at Barnes-Bollinger Insurance that's hard to miss, and harder to replicate. Before joining the team in 2026, she spent five years managing her family's bakery, which means she's managed everything from 5 a.m. dough and demanding customers to family dynamics — all before most people have had breakfast.

When she's not behind the desk, Mia is likely behind a coffee cup, somewhere in a crowd at a live show, or somewhere on a map she hasn't checked off yet. With more than 50 concerts under her belt and a passport that stays busy, she's equal parts homegrown and restless — and she wouldn't have it any other way.
